Vote NO on HJR 2
•HJR 2 would interfere with professional Idaho Fish and Game scientists in determining and enforcing Fish and Game regulations.
•HJR 2 would set a bad precedent for changing the Idaho Constitution to benefit special interests.
•HJR 2 would lead to expensive litigation that will cost taxpayers.
•HJR 2 would guarantee that recreational trapping of fur-bearing animals remains legal in Idaho forever. Issues surrounding trapping should remain open to debate.
•Idahoans already have the right to hunt, fish and trap.
